1.  What shipping method do you use?
We ship by USPS First Class with delivery confirmation, which usually takes 3-5 business days.

3.  When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped 24-48 hours after payment has been received.

4.  Where do you ship?
We ship internationally; however, we are not responsible for customs charges, if any are incurred. These charges are left at the discretion of the Customs Offices of your country. We do not ship to Liberia, Niger, Nigeria, Indonesia, Malaysia & Hungary. All purchases done to be shipped in these countries will be immediately refunded. We're sorry but for security reasons, we do not ship to PO boxes.

5.  Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?
We are able to ship to one address per order only. If you'd like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

6.  What method of payment do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal through our secure shopping cart. We do not accept payments in cash, money orders, international money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks. All our prices are in US Dollars.

7.  Do you have a return policy?
Yes, we do. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. Your order must be returned withn 10 days of purchase, in its original packaging. We do not refund altered or damaged merchandise. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
